BLH Water Management is a specialised company operating within the resource and municipal sector. We specialise in major innovative and traditional water treatment systems. Acid mine drainage and municipal waste water to class A + has become a core segment of this department. Major water pumping infrastructure and mine process systems are our specialty.
INDUSTRIAL DIVISION
BLH Water Management specializes in industrial pumping systems for the mining, chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, irrigation, food and beverage industries. We also specialize in metering packages for chemical dosing and water pumping packages for high flow and reliable applications. We are the service agent and distributer for WPIL Worthington, Johnson and Sterling pumps.
WASTEWATER DIVISION
The Waste Water Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant is a stand-alone unit comprising of primary settlement, aerobic zone, final settlement and sludge digestion, with sizes suitable for 10 to 400 people. These systems are also capable of operating on solar power. This system treats wastewater to class A. The company also supplies a grey water (rainwater re-use system), packaged sewage and storm water pumping stations, grease arrestors and oil water separators. Remote Mine camp treatment plants are a specialty due to reliability and low power consumption.
ACID MINE DRAINAGE WATER TREATMENT DIVISION
We have developed a heavy metals sequestering system for treatment of AMD. This system is utilized in a range of commercial water treatment systems for environmental, reuse and discharge applications. Treated water to class A is achievable with this system. Heavy metals do not re-acidify when this process is implemented. This results in a stable sludge that can be disposed of in landfill. Treatment plants have a capacity up to 100meg a day.
BUILDING & FIRE DIVISION
BLH Water Services specializes in high-rise applications, cold water boosters, variable-speed pressure systems and hot water circulators. We can also provide the full range of fire protection hydrants, sprinklers and combined systems complying to AS2941, AS2419.1 and AS2118.6
SERVICE DIVISION
BLH Water Management offers a comprehensive service division for any product brand, both in-house and on-site. The company also offers routine maintenance packages for all installations. A fully equipped workshop and experienced service staff compliment this service.
